Booking an adventure with us is easy! You can either fill out the booking form on this page, send us an email, or give us a call. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements and confirm your booking.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. For international clients, we also accept Western Union and MoneyGram. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your adventure begins.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Packing requirements vary depending on the type of adventure and the season. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a detailed packing list specific to your adventure. Generally, you'll need appropriate clothing for varying weather conditions, sturdy hiking boots, personal medications, and personal items. For trekking and expeditions, specialized equipment can be rented from us if needed.
